QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a bakery, pastry, or fine dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of Viennoiserie, bakery, and fine dining pastry techniques
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Creative and flexible approach to menu development
  • Ability to work clean, organized, and reliably in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
  • Help managing the day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Prepare and oversee the production of high-quality Viennoiserie, bakery items, and fine dining pastries
  • Help developing and creating innovative menu items, with the flexibility to adjust based on seasonal ingredients and trends
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train junior kitchen staff
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve culinary excellence
