We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Pastry chef de Partie, you will be responsible for creating pastries, breads, and desserts for both our al a cart and events spaces, ensuring that every bite meets our quality expectations.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
  • Experience in baking and cake decorating is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

    Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

  • Prepare and bake items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper food handling and storage practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure business operations run smoothly.
  • Create and Execute dessert and pastries for multiple service styles.
  • Organize and plan your own day and week out according to the needs of the business.
  • Manage time with the appropriate attentiveness to details that is required.
