Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As a Pastry Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our Main Pastry Kitchen, contributing to the creation of exquisite desserts and pastries for the Rotunda Restaurant , In-Room Dining , Banqueting , and in-house amenities . You’ll work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the pastry section.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Prepare and present high-quality pastry items in line with Four Seasons standards.
  • Support the leadership team in supervising junior pastry staff and maintaining a positive kitchen environment.
  • Ensure consistency, creativity, and attention to detail in all pastry production.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, COSHH).
  • Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal offerings.
