Loulou Bistro is a brand new vibrant French dining destination in Sydney’s CBD, offering a warm and lively atmosphere inspired by the great bistros of Paris. Known for its refined yet approachable menu, freshly baked breads, and house-made charcuterie, Loulou celebrates classic French cuisine with a modern sensibility.
Our bistro is complemented by our boulangerie and traiteur, making Loulou a true all-day French experience for our guests — from morning coffee and pastries to elegant evening dining.

THE SKILLS YOU BRING

  • Experience in a commercial kitchen environment
  • Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a la carte, fine dining, or Hatted venues
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, detail-oriented kitchen
  • Dedication to ongoing learning and professional growth
