Central London based role which involves working in our hospitality and client dining kitchens, working with chefs with extensive experience in Michelin starred kitchens. Working with fresh high end produce and catering for a range of services from BBQ and canapé events to light lunches and Alc meals as well as a chefs table and working in our in house bakery. Job Description Monthly changing menus means, constant development of new techniques and dishes to learn. This is a unique opportunity to join an experienced fun and motivated team , working in high spec state of the art kitchens. We are looking for a pastry Chef de partie with good experience in high end hotel or restaurant kitchens kitchens. You would be working as part of a team who have many years experience working in some of the top kitchens in the UK. The role will require a good base understanding of cookery techniques and pastry skills but expect to continuously learn and develop within the business. The right candidate will be keen to learn and develop and able to work paid evening overtime a couple of times per week. Responsibilities

The Pastry Chef de Partie will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, oversee production at their station, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. They will also collaborate with the head chef on menu development and ensure high quality standards for all dishes.
