Reporting to the Executive Chef and Pastry Sous Chef, you will ensure the quality, consistency and production of your area of responsibility. For this role, we are looking for someone who demonstrates creativity and precision in pastry preparation while leading and inspiring the Pastry team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality pastry items and supporting both the front and back of house teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
