THE ROLE OF PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE ?
The Pastry Chef de Partie will work in the afternoon tea section of the Pastry department, from 6:30am until 18:00, 4 days per week.
The Pastry Chef de Partie will be producing the Pastry items from our famous afternoon tea, which is changing seasonally. The variety of items helps developing a range of techniques and knowledge in the making of sophisticated patisseries.
We are looking for Pastry Chefs with a Pastry qualification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Multi Michelin Star chef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Pastry Chef Damien Thibault have developed the French inspired European style Pastry Menu from all our restaurants.
