The Role We are seeking to recruit for season 2026 passionate, hardworking, generous and enthusiastic individuals who work in alignment with all team members. Our kitchen brigade is a major part of our team, since he or she will be the faces of The Rooster and our hospitality principles offered to our guests. We work with a fully equipped and organised kitchen with all the modern tools and equipment, plus wood fire oven, Argentinian grill and all that a kitchen needs to apply old and new techniques. We are building an environment where personalized relationships between our team and our guests influence our space. We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one-of-a-kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism. To be successful in this role you will have to: Have an eye for attention to detail Able to work with recipes, labelling, inventories etc Be willing and able to absorb our principles with accountability and professionalism Teamwork, flexibility, and ease in communication Kindness, trust, regularity, responsibility, and willingness Orientation to the result and the achievement of the goals Ability to coordinate Generous and Attentive Organizational skills Problem solver (within our ethics and principles) Passionate for work and evolvement Ability to multitask Degree in a corresponding specialty A la Carte experience minimum 3 years Previous service in respective positions minimum 1 year Basic knowledge of English for Greeks or good knowledge of English for foreigners EU Work Permit is a prerequisite · Competitive salary & benefits & Tips & Extras · Private Accommodation in a single room.
