We are recruiting for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team at Thurlestone Hotel & Spa working in the 2 AA Rosette Trevilder Restaurant.
Live in accommodation is available in our newly opened fully refurbished staff house just 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
Thurlestone Hotel & Spa is a luxury, family-owned, 4-star 65-bedroom hotel situated on the spectacular South Devon coast. ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support the Head Pastry Chef in the preparation of mise en place, following prep lists, and delivering high-quality dishes during service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked section, ensuring readiness for each service. A key part of the role is upholding the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency for both guests and staff.
