Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a creative and reliable Pastry Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You should have a genuine passion for food and working with high quality, fresh ingredients alongside a team of experienced and enthusiastic Chefs. We really care about the food we send out!
This role is to support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the daily running of the pastry kitchen, to maintain excellent standards and work with the team to come up with new dishes and bring fresh ideas. You’ll prepare and serve delicious, innovative dishes consistently, maintain high standards in all aspects of your role ensuring that portion size is controlled and all statutory hygiene regulations are adhered to. You will help to teach and guide junior members of the team in their development, so good people management skills are essential.
You will also experience learning through a rotation of the kitchen, spending time in each section to help with your development and knowledge.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential in this position.
Job share and part-time working to suit your circumstances would also be considered.
