Lena Restaurant, 1 windsor terrace, Portobello, Dublin 8 , requires an experienced Pastry chef de partie for their new Italian neighbourhood restaurant. Minimum 4 years experience in preparing and cooking quality cuisine. Must be hard working, reliable and capable of producing high quality foods. €32-34 k per annum depending on experience + tips and bonus.
