Responsibilities
  • Take the lead on all pastry and dessert preparation for events – from plated fine-dining to large-scale buffets
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and wider team to develop seasonal, innovative menus
  • Produce consistent, high-quality products that reflect our standards and style
  • Manage pastry mise en place and service delivery across a wide range of events
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen team members in pastry techniques
  • Maintain rigorous standards in cleanliness, food quality, and stock control
