We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join the team at Seventy Five at Liberty, an exciting restaurant set within one of London’s most iconic department stores. Combining modern British cuisine with a commitment to sustainability and local suppliers, our venue offers a lively and stylish setting for guests to enjoy exceptional food and drink.
This is a regular freelance opportunity, offering the chance to work within a fast-paced, creative environment at one of London’s most talked-about dining destinations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the pastry section, managing preparation, production, and service of all pastry, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to develop and refine seasonal dessert menus, specials, and bespoke creations.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency across all pastry offerings.
  • Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and allergen management procedures are strictly adhered to at all times.
  • Manage stock levels for the pastry section, including ordering, stock rotation, and wastage control.
  • Provide support, training, and guidance to junior kitchen staff as required, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Ensure that all pastry equipment is maintained, clean, and in perfect operating order.
