Pastry chef required for an establishment in Berkshire, the role will head up the pastry section, reporting into the head chef for the kitchen. The pastry chef will run a pastry section, salary is £35k for the pastry chef. 40 hrs, plus paid overtime, live in available and free parking.
As a Pastry chef you will run the pastry section, you will ensure pastry runs smoothly, prepare the prep list and ensure pastry runs smoothly with the pastry chef de partie’s when your off. This role includes all the standard pastry chef duties

We are looking for a pastry chef or pastry chef de partie to run the pastry with a pastry and fresh pastry background, you will be organised and have a good all round knowledge.
