Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, including croissants, danishes, tarts, and more, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation. Specialize in baking traditional and specialty kringles, following precise recipes and techniques to achieve signature flavor and texture. Develop new pastry recipes and innovate seasonal offerings to delight customers. Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen. Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ordering as necessary. Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production schedules and fulfill special orders. Stay informed on pastry trends and techniques to continuously enhance skills and product offerings. Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker, with specific expertise in kringle preparation preferred. Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques, and decorating skills. Creativity and passion for developing unique and high-quality pastry products. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations in a commercial kitchen. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
