We pride ourselves on our high-quality products and outstanding customer service and we are looking for a motivated pastry chef to join our vibrant team.
This position is for our Rose Bay location.
About The Role: We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Rose Bay and work alongside our Head Pastry Chef, starting end of June.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Willing to work in Rose Bay 5 to 6 days a week (Mondays off, one Sunday every 2 weeks off).
  • Willing to start shifts at 5am during weekdays and weekends.
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Expertise in making a wide range of pastries and cakes.
  • A passion for French patisserie and a commitment to high-quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Previous experience in a bakery is preferred but not mandatory
