• Preferably arabic speaker
• with a certificate or a degree in culinary arts or other related field.
• with minimum of 3 years experience as pastry chef with expertise in Arabic sweets, desserts and pastries.
• Applicants should be available in UAE only
• proven experience in pastry and baking roles in developing new items/new recipes for new restaurants
• experience in hot and cold kitchen is a plus
• highly creative and passionate in baking and cooking and creating new recipes
• high attention to details
• should have in depth knowledge of sanitation, hygiene standards, baking techniques, nutrition
