JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to follow Francois Payard the culinary director for this establishment, the World best pastry Chef. And Be there for the day to day for the first 3 months of the operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry production and a love for creating delicious desserts and baked goods. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts while ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years proven experience in pastry preparation or baking within a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations.
  • Serv Safe in Palm Beach certificate
  • Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques.
  • Previous experience in the food industry or catering is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork in a busy kitchen setting.
