MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional qualification in pastry or equivalent experience of at least 5 years
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional standards
  • Passionate about creating quality products
  • Full working knowledge of an integrated food safety / HACCP system
  • Must possess a positive professional attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively

Responsibilities
  • Produce all desserts and patisserie from scratch using inhouse specifications and recipes
  • Uphold departmental standards of quality and timing for delivery
  • Adhere to standard work practices and standard operating practices for all equipment in the kitchen
  • Maintain HACCP requirements in line with company procedures as set out by the Food Safety Manager
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is correctly used, cleaned and maintained
