With this in mind, you will take part in setting up the pastry dishes (desserts and sweet breaks) and respect Mama's values 🍰❤️. You will be responsible for the quality of service, tidying and cleaning in the kitchen, and storing food 🧽🍽️. You will check and ensure that the supplies are in order 📦🔍. You will keep the Executive Chef informed of activity and assist him/her with all aspects of pastry-making 👨‍🍳📊. You will manage and supervise the team of pastry chefs 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳.
