Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are hiring across levels — from Apprentice through to Junior Sous Pastry Chef. Depending on your experience, we’ll tailor the role and responsibilities to fit, offering you the chance to grow in a professional, creative, and supportive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily production of madeleines and pastries: mixing, baking, finishing, and presentation.
  • Chocolate and glaze work (tempering, enrobage, ganache, decoration).
  • Preparing mise en place and following production schedules.
  • Maintaining high consistency in flavour, texture, and presentation.
  • Assisting with R&D and seasonal flavour development (for experienced roles).
  • Upholding hygiene, food safety, and workstation organisation.
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members (for senior roles).
