POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef who can create refined desserts inspired by Mediterranean flavors while adding their own creative touch. You will be responsible for designing, producing, and presenting all desserts, ensuring quality and consistency in every service.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Formal pastry training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Chef de Partie.
  • Mastery of pastry techniques, ideally with a Mediterranean influence.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a refined sense of presentation.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team spirit and a passion for gastronomy.
Responsibilities
  • Design and develop the dessert menu in harmony with the restaurant’s offerings.
  • Prepare, bake, and decorate desserts with precision and artistry.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards (MAPAQ).
  • Train and supervise pastry assistants if applicable.
  • Regularly propose new creations to surprise and delight our guests.
