THE VENUES

In 2019, Dan, Justin and a bunch of chefs went on an epic, multi-stop trip to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan & Vietnam. MuMu’s menu is inspired by everything they ate along the way. With a menu designed for sharing, and the famous yuzu slushee doing the rounds, this inner-city hang-out (set within the ivy precinct) is the perfect place to drink, dance, and burn the midnight oil.
Light-filled, relaxed and elegant, Hotel Centennial is a Woollahra institution and has been a favourite amongst the local eastern suburbs community for decades. Sitting opposite Centennial Parklands and filled with pieces from emerging and established artists courtesy of nearby Olsen Gallery, it’s the perfect spot to settle in for a long lunch or dinner with friends. With a nod to classic Provençal cooking and the Italian Riviera, Ben Greeno’s Mediterranean-inspired menu highlights the very best in local produce with simple yet elegant flavours.

Responsibilities

If you have a passion for pastry and love the buzz of a fast-paced restaurant, this could be your role. We are looking for someone with the following experience and attributes:

  • At least 1 year of similar experience in commercial kitchen
  • Experience in different pastry techniques and strives for perfection
  • Interested to learn and grow in the Pastry section
  • Good work ethic, attitude and communication.
