Boka Restaurant Group — a James Beard Award–winning hospitality group — is bringing our critically acclaimed Japanese restaurant Momotaro to Nashville. Our Nashville opening marks the next chapter in the restaurant’s legacy, and we are seeking a Pastry Chef to helm the dessert program from day one.
Led by Jean Banchet Award of Culinary Excellence winner Chef Gene Kato, Momotaro is celebrated for its refined sushi, robata, and modern interpretations of Japanese tradition.
