Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dessert offerings and seasonal specials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the pastry station, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff on pastry techniques and best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on all baked goods before serving to ensure consistency and excellence.
