PASTRY CHEF – MIETTE SANDWICHERIE

Miette Sandwicherie is expanding, and we’re looking for a talented Pastry Chef to lead the pastry program at our new location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, hands-on environment and wants the creative freedom to shape and grow a pastry offering rooted in Miette’s values of craft, care, and seasonality.
This is a full-time role (3 days per week, 8–10 hour shifts). You won’t be managing a large team — this is about ownership, consistency, and creativity. From daily production to new seasonal specials, you’ll ensure our pastry program reflects the same quality and thoughtfulness as everything else we do.

  • Experience running or developing a pastry program
  • Familiarity with sourdough-based or naturally leavened pastries
