Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes and standards.
  • Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair while adhering to food safety regulations.
  • Assist in the development of new dessert recipes and menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station and kitchen area.
  • Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed to maintain food safety standards.
  • Package baked goods for display or customer orders, ensuring presentation meets quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests when necessary.
