JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in baking and pastry arts, with a keen eye for detail and creativity in desserts. This role involves preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while ensuring high standards of food safety and quality. The Pastry Chef will work closely with Corporate Pastry Chef, and the kitchen staff to deliver exceptional products.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred, showcasing skills in food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Proficiency in high volume execution of intricate desserts is highly desirable, along with a solid understanding of baking principles.
  • Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is beneficial, demonstrating the ability to multitask effectively.
