Now, we’re looking for a Back of House Leader (Pastry Chef) to lead our pastry program on Granville Island. If you have a love for laminated dough, an eye for detail, and a knack for creating pastries that delight, we’d love to have you on our team!

✅ Hands-on pastry experience – Proficiency with laminated dough, viennoiseries, and artisan pastry techniques.

✅ Leadership skills – Ability to mentor and work alongside a team.
