REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Certificate in Patisserie or Commercial Cookery.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Chef for a full-time nominated position under our skilled migration program. Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for producing a variety of pastries, savouries, and baked goods to a high standard while maintaining food safety and consistency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and bake pastries, savouries, and breads.
• Follow recipes and ensure product consistency.
• Glaze, finish, and decorate pastry products.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
• Assist in developing new products.
