Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Creating high-quality pastries and baked goods—from croissants to cream buns to handcrafted Danish
  • Supporting the daily production of delicious items for our cafés and artisan bakery
  • Developing new recipes that align with current trends, seasonality, and cost-effectiveness
  • Helping shape our pastry menu, bringing creativity and insight to grow our customer base
  • Providing training and support to bakery staff, sharing your skills and lifting others
  • Upholding the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance
  • Managing stock and ensuring a smooth-running, efficient kitchen environment
