OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team by taking the lead in both Baking and Pastry.
This is an exciting new opportunity as the company expands our offerings with our new Café and courtyard area coming next year set in the Pyewipe’s historic grounds in Lincoln. Weddings and events will have a more profound impact as we build our new events venue for 2027 plus new accommodation and more expansions planned.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, with a particular focus on baking, pastry arts and afternoon teas. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment and have a love for creating exquisite breads, desserts and pastries, we would love to hear from you.
