JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for leading the pastry team in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas of the hotel. The position is also responsible for leading, developing and training of the pastry team. A two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; and two-year experience in the culinary, food & beverage, or related professional area.
