REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a cook or pastry cook in a restaurant or bakery setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and food safety practices.
  • Familiarity with various baking methods and equipment used in pastry preparation.
  • Excellent cake decorating skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends.
