Dunbrody Country House Hotel renowned for it’s award-winning dining experiences and luxury hospitality, is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our kitchen brigade.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative chef with a love of patisserie, desserts and all things sweet, to showcase their skills in an inspiring and supportive environment.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified chef with proven experience in pastry and dessert preparation.
• A flair for creativity, presentation and flavour innovation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Create and deliver exceptional pastry, bread and desserts for our guests
• Collaborate with our Head Chef to design Seasonal menus
• Ensure Consistently high standards of quality, taste and presentation
• Maintain food safety and hygiene practices to the highest level.
