Marmelo is located within Hyde Melbourne Place and operated by multi award-winning, restaurateurs – Ross & Sunny Lusted. Job Description We’re looking for passionate Pastry Chefs of all levels to join a dynamic kitchen team, creating desserts and baked goods that delight guests and elevate the overall dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Supporting or managing a pastry section, depending on experience level Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry items in line with established standards Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment Assisting with stock control and minimising waste Qualifications What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a pastry or kitchen role (level dependent) A genuine passion for pastry and strong attention to detail Good time management and organisational skills A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices Additional Information At Hyde Melbourne Place, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all team members.
