The Pastry Afternoon tea Commis Chef works alongside the rest of the pastry team of 16 pastry Chefs, developing further their knowledge and experience. They are part of the team preparing afternoon tea pastries for our Gallery restaurant.
We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. Pastry Chefs with at least a Pastry qualification and/or 6 months of pastry experience who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome.
Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Pastry Chef Damien Thibault and has a French inspired European style.
The Pastry kitchen operates the Parlour Café, Glade Restaurant and Gallery afternoon tea and dinner menu, there are many elements to learn in each room. all menus are available on our website.
Part of the Pastry team looks specifically after the 3 Michelin Star restaurant.
