Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As Pastry Commis Chef, you will play an integral part in our pastry kitchen team. You’ll work across our three kitchens, preparing mise-en-place and supporting service, while gaining exposure to all pastry sections. This is a front-facing role, so a passion for both culinary excellence and guest interaction is essential.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality pastry items
  • Support the Pastry Chef and team in daily operations and service
  • Rotate through all pastry sections to gain comprehensive experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen
  • Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
  • Engage with guests when required, delivering a warm and professional experience
  • Contribute to the creativity and innovation of the pastry offering
  • Uphold Four Seasons’ standards of excellence and professionalism
