As Pastry Commis Chef you will play an integral part in our kitchen team. You will prepare all mise- en -place, items and dishes with our three kitchens while gaining exposure to all sections. You will need to ensure all health and safety practices are consistently adhered to. This will be a front-facing role so it is key you have the want to both interact with guest and create culinary excellence.
