REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume production of breads, pastries, and baked goods for daily service and retail needs.
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a well-organized workstation and ensure mise en place is ready before each shift.
  • Work efficiently to meet production quotas while upholding quality standards.
  • Properly store, rotate, and manage inventory to ensure product freshness.
  • Operate and maintain all bakery equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
  • Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation procedures, including cleaning schedules.
  • Assist in packaging, labeling, and storing baked items for distribution.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline production and improve efficiency.
  • Handle bulk ingredient preparation, including measuring, mixing, and portioning.
  • Work effectively during peak periods and contribute to a smooth workflow.
  • Accept and implement constructive feedback to enhance performance.
