What you will do:
As a member of the pastry team, pastry cooks will execute all tasks related to assembling, mixing, baking, and finishing pastries while adhering to Eva’s Little Kitchen’s vision, culture, and team values.
The ideal pastry assistant has experience working with high-volume pastry production. They will be working with laminated and enriched dough, bread production, cake assembly, cookies, pies, and breakfast pastries. Our menu evolves seasonally, so comfort with change is a must. We are willing to train passionate candidates, who are eager, curious, and excited by innovation, challenge, and an exciting menu. This position reports directly to our Executive Pastry Chef.
