REQUIREMENTS:

  • Early morning availability (6qm to 7am start time) and reliable transportation
  • 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, focused on pastry and baking
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
  • Morning baking and finishing of pastries and desserts
  • Bread and viennoiserie preparation (mixing dough, lamination, shaping)
  • Assisting with lunch prep and service
  • Maintaining par stocks of pastries and components
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
