The Dinex Group, restaurant group for Chef Daniel Boulud is currently looking for a passionate & driven Pastry Cook to join the team at our beloved Palm Beach restaurant in sunny Florida. Situated inside the beautiful Brazilian Court Hotel, Café Boulud boasts a menu inspired by Daniel’s four muses: la tradition, classic French cuisine; la saison, seasonal delicacies; le potager, the vegetable garden; and le voyage, the flavors of world cuisine.
The Pastry Cook will need to have a full knowledge of the pastry menu as well as general pastry techniques including the principles and formulas concerning starches, fats, sugars, liquids, eggs and flavorings. They must also have the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment. A culinary training degree is preferred, but not required.
