POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pastry Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality pastries and baked goods, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods while ensuring that quality and presentation standards are consistently met. This position shall directly report to the Pastry Chef, Executive Chef, and Kitchen Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role within a high-volume or fine dining environment.
