Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of croissants and pastries according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of all baked goods, paying close attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to plan production schedules and manage inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of new pastry recipes and menu items, staying updated on industry trends and customer preferences.
  • Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance baking skills and knowledge.
  • Assist with the packaging and presentation of baked goods for retail and wholesale distribution.
