We are currently seeking a full-time Pastry Cook to join our elite culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute pastry service daily, ensuring consistency, precision, and presentation to Harbour 60 standards
  • Prepare mise en place, maintain product quality, and uphold strict food safety and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborate with the pastry chef and broader kitchen team to develop and refine desserts that complement our fine-dining experience
  • Maintain an organized, efficient workstation and uphold a clean, professional kitchen environment
  • Work independently while contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years professional pastry experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine-dining environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency under pressure
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during service
  • Passion for craft, pride in presentation, and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
