What You’ll Do Prepare, bake and present signature pastries, desserts, breads and specialty confections. Maintain pastry stations, equipment and ingredient organization. Follow recipes, portioning, presentation and food safety standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to support service flow and guest satisfaction. Requirements Six (6) months to one (1) year of pastry, baking or culinary experience. Knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods and dessert preparation. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation. Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds.
