At times, the workload can be tremendous and the qualified pastry cook must be prepared for this. What you will be doing: Other duties may be assigned. Prepare tasteful and appealing desserts for the restaurant, banquets and on occasion the inn place. Maintain pars on necessary items, work with purchasing department to that end. Have the ability produce “last minute cakes” for guests’ birthdays, etc Qualifications Your experience and skills include: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
