Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Prepares a wide variety of pastries and desserts according to prescribed recipes and/or supervises the preparation of these items according to prescribed recipes. Ensures the team meets its' commitment to track and log production and HACCP logs Facilitates an accurate production schedule to ensure orders are fulfilled Support with weekly inventory counts and recording of daily production Performs other duties as assigned by their leader in support of the kitchen All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
