Lina’s Italian Supermercato is looking for someone who is passionate about baking and pastry with professional experience to join our pastry team.
Lina’s bakery is more then what meets the eye. We have been operating for more that 28years on the local food scene and we are in constant expansion. We are a commissary bakery that supplies desserts to our other locations. Someone suited to this position could have experience working pastry in a restaurant setting however looking for a more consistent schedule.

-From scratch baking experience
-Ability to follow and understand recipes
-Ability to produce consistent products, following Lina’s recipes and baking standards
-Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours
-Creativity to ideate and decorate pastries and cakes
-Ability to lift up to 20 kg
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment
-Help creating new recipes
-Ability to read and understand English
This position will report to our head pastry chef.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
