Precision, consistency, and creativity are the name of the game, and a Pastry Cook is master of these traits. Responsible for the production and presentation of breads, cakes, and pastries, and other delectable, this individual enjoys being a part of a team dynamic and is adept at following directions and communicating with the chef team. Requested Tasks: -Preparing ingredients an handling baking and other kitchen equipment. -Creating pastries, baked goods, and confections, by following a set recipe. -Decorating pastries and desserts to ensure beautiful and tasteful presentation -Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment when needed within budget -Setting up, cleaning, and organizing a workstation Requested Capabilities: -Prior experience as a Pastry Cook highly preferred. -Innovative and creative personality. -A passion for all things pastry and confectionary.
